We offer free shipping within UK serviced by DPD & shipping to the USA via DHL Express.
Rest of world shipping coming soon..
Please note we are currently not accepting orders for mainland Europe as we are working hard on setting up a European warehouse so that we can minimize customs and duties fees for our clients. This warehouse will be launching early March and we will be sure to announce this exciting launch to our entire database. Please subscribe to our newsletter to be notified about this launch.

ONCE YOU PLACE AN ORDER

All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom. We are working hard on setting up our European warehouse so that we can provide free shipping within Europe without any customs and duties fees.

Once you have placed your order an automated confirmation email is sent out to the registered email address, where you can find all the details about your order.

Once your package is shipped we will send you a second email with a final confirmation and instructions on how to track it.

All orders received before 13.00 (GMT) are processed within the same business day, orders received after 13.00 (GMT) will be processed the following business day, subject to payment clearance and stock availability.
SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY TIMES

As a rule, MyCashmere covers all delivery costs for orders in UK. Orders to the USA are currently charged. Free shipping to Europe will be coming soon.

All UK orders shipped from our UK warehouse are complimentary and shipped via DPD Express-pack with a next day service.

Deliveries to the USA from our UK warehouse take 2-6 working days shipped via DHL Express.

If you cannot find your desired country, please send a request to info@mycashmere.co and we try to organise an individual delivery.
TAXES & DUTIES

We cover duties and taxes for all UK orders.

For orders outside of UK, our delivery may be subject to local customs and taxes. The additional costs for the legal import, have to be paid by the customer without any authorities from us. In case of further information and possible inquiries, please contact your country-specific customs office.

Due to customs and duties fees from shipping to the UK to Europe we have temporarily decided to hold shipments to Europe until we launch our European warehouse early March. This will allow us to deliver MyCashmere pieces to you without charging customs & duties. Stay tuned…
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you would like to return or exchange your pieces we will of course be happy to support and process returns using our returns center.

Your order can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

UK returns are free of charge. USA returns are charged to the purchaser and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser´s credit card after we have received your returned item (in the condition as described above) to the correct destination. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
